Refund policy
Purchases from Anna B. Doe Store are refundable as long as the order hasn’t been signed and shipped. Once the order is signed and shipped, the return or refund isn’t possible, with the exception of the rare instance of a printing or product error.
When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity, correct format (ebook, audiobook or paperback), correct language and correctly written the name the book is signed to, as well as the shipping information.
Digital purchases (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after you complete your purchase. Please be sure to download your purchase. Digital purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have issues with the ebook or audiobook file, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.
There is no return for a change of mind. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).
For refund queries, please email wildheartpublishing1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
